The Bible describes that the resurrected believers will reign with Christ during the Millennial Kingdom (Revelation 20:4), and those who have survived the tribulation will continue to live on Earth and will be ruled by Christ and his saints. It is important to note that the concept of the Millennial Kingdom is a matter of faith and interpretation of scripture, and there is no way to predict or determine who will ultimately populate it.
